1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting, booking, or using any service provided by Ishika Mini Transport Services ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Ishika Mini Transport provides the following services in Hyderabad and across India:

• Goods Transportation (local and outstation)
• Mini Truck & LCV Booking (Tata Ace, Bolero, Eicher)
• Part Load Transportation
• Packers and Movers
• Loading and Unloading Helpers
• Vehicle Hire Service
• Door-to-Door Delivery
• Warehouse Management
• Distributor Supply Chain Support

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team via phone or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, natural disasters, or road closures.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted are indicative and subject to change based on distance, load, vehicle type, and applicable tolls or taxes.
• Final pricing will be communicated before service commencement.
• Payment is due upon delivery of goods unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• Waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is kept waiting beyond the agreed time at pickup or delivery locations.
• Additional charges may apply for loading/unloading assistance, extra trips, or late-night services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure goods are properly packaged before transport.
• Customers must declare the nature of goods, especially if fragile, hazardous, or of high value.
• Transportation of prohibited or illegal goods is strictly not permitted.
• Customers must ensure someone is present at the pickup and delivery location at the agreed time.

6. Liability & Damages

• Ishika Mini Transport will take reasonable care of your goods during transit. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the customer.
• Our liability for goods damage is limited to the declared value of goods, capped at the transport charge paid.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
• Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup: A nominal cancellation fee may apply.
• No-shows at pickup time without prior notice: Full booking amount may be charged.

8. Prohibited Goods

We do not transport the following:

• Explosive, flammable, or hazardous materials
• Illegal or contraband goods
• Live animals (without prior special arrangement)
• Perishable items without prior arrangement and packaging

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
